GETTING THE MOST OUT OF SCRIPTURE
Let the Word be a guiding light. This world can be a very dark place, yet as Christians, we are to “walk as children of Light” (Eph. 5:8). That’s why we need the Bible as a lamp to our feet and a light to our path (Psalm 119:105). It instructs us in holy living and truth so we will not fall prey to sin and deception. It’s good to seek advice from people—after all, the church is Jesus’ body, and the body needs all its parts to function. But we should always receive advice in the light of scriptural truth, discarding what clearly contradicts the Lord’s teachings.

As we stand on the threshold of a new year, our hearts overflow with gratitude for the ways God has moved among us in 2024. This past year has been one of spiritual growth, peace, and joyful anticipation of His promises. We’ve embraced the truth that while the end of this life is imminent, God’s preeminence and His eternal plan offers a peace that surpasses all understanding.
As a church, our commitment remains steadfast: reaching people and reaching the world. Through your generosity, prayers, and active involvement, we’ve not only sustained our ministry efforts but have seen them flourish.
As we transition into 2025, our theme is “Joy in Everything.” Rooted in Philippians 4:4, this theme inspires us to find joy not just in our successes but in every circumstance, trusting in God’s sovereignty.
The vision for 2025 is ambitious, but we firmly believe that with God, all things are possible. To achieve these goals, we invite you to prayerfully consider how you can partner with us. Whether through financial gifts, volunteering, or prayer, your involvement matters deeply.
By joining together and living sacrificially for the sake of the Gospel, we can transform lives and multiply the Church, all for the glory of God.
Our trust in God’s promises sustains us as we prepare for what lies ahead. His timing and ways are perfect, and we eagerly anticipate the stories of transformation that will emerge in the coming year. Together, we’ll continue to see skeptics and believers drawn into a deeper understanding of truth, joy, and purpose.
As we reflect on this past year and prepare for the next, let us remember that God calls each of us to be part of His work. When we respond with faith and obedience, the impact is eternal.
